            Anthony Campana Jr

Tony went from playing football and baseball collegiately to the semi pro level upon graduation. Throughout this time he has always stayed connected to coaching and fitness. He ran large sports camps at the youth and HS level and is a board member of a local youth sports organization. He is a certified ISSA strength and conditioning coach with a drive to help athletes of all ages reach their full potential. He currently trains youth, high school, college and professional athletes and has been integral in helping many local athletes reach the next level, with a large portion playing in college and a few professionally. He also brings many years experience for anyone looking to get in shape or maintain a certain level of fitness.

            Jordan Canzeri

Graduated Troy High 2011 with a full ride to the University of Iowa, BIG Ten Conference, playing in his freshmen year. 2015 In his senior season, was the leading rusher for the 12-0 first time in school history Rose Bowl team. After leaving gained an opportunity at NFL rookie minicamps (Kansas City Chiefs and Cleveland Browns) along with a tryout with the LA Rams. Due to injury took an opportunity to play professionally overseas in the X League of Japan. Now trains student athletes in speed and agility along with helping people fulfill their goals of weight loss or gain.
            Gary Blond

Gary has been involved in fitness for over 40 years.  He has competed in strength events, played semi-pro football, coached sports, been president of a youth football organization.  Gary has run many sports camps, taught specialty camps such as speed & agility and conditioning as well as designed personal training for athletes looking for college scholarships and adults competing in specific events.

Gary is a certified Strength & Conditioning Trainer through ISSA.  He develops and teaches training programs for adults of all levels of fitness as well as high school, college and pro athletes.  He covers all major sports as well as Rugby, Lacrosse, Swimming and Wrestling.
