Pallas Athletics is now accepting athletes for our Speed/Agility camp.

3 days of foot work, form running, mechanics and plyometric training.  

Each camp class is 1hr 15 min. 

Dates Aug 4th,5th,6th

6th-12th grade 9am-10:15am

I'Speed is defined as the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible. Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture. Pallas Speed and agility workouts compliment and improve performance of all sports. The workouts improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness and change of direction.
