SPEED & AGILITY
I'Speed is defined as the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible. Agility is the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture. Pallas Speed and agility workouts compliment and improve performance of all sports. The workouts improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness and change of direction.
Our classes are 1 hour
Monday 7:30-8:30 pm, Tues 5:30-6:30 pm, Wed 7:30-8:30 pm, Sat 12:00-1:00 pm
(There is no limit on the amount of classes attended per week)
Cost $15/class - pay each class, or buy a group of 10 online.
